  • We offer fully remote video services. Sessions are conducted with Telehealth by SimplePractice which is fully HIPAA compliant and easy to use.

  • We accept insurance, offer flat fees, and provide a sliding scale if you need. Visit our Fees page to learn more.

  • We accept Aetna, Beacon Health Options, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, and Oxford.

  • We do not. However, before booking we will inquire about your needs to see who would be the best match and invite you to book a full 45 minute session with our recommended therapist.

  • We offer Individual, Couples & Family Talk therapy.

  • It is important to feel comfortable and emotionally safe with your therapist. In our first session we will both be interviewing each other to determine if therapist and client are a good fit. If we are not a good fit, we can try another therapist and provide any necessary referrals.

  • Depending on the reasons you are seeking out therapy, what you can expect to get out of therapy differs. Generally, clients are seeking clarity around a certain issue, wanting to break a cycle of unhealthy habits, or needing counsel about a current life situation. Whatever is going on for you, therapy will make it easier by providing clarity, relief and confidence to tackle the various situations you are facing.
